Early check in or late check out fee: $15 - $25 extra  

Cancellation Policy: If you phone to cancel more than 30 days in advance of scheduled stay a $25.00 carrying fee will be incurred.  For notification 8 – 30 days, one night will be charged.  Less than 8 days notice and no shows will be charged for full reservation. 

Maximum Guests per Unit & Grounds:  The maximum number of guests for each cabin and on the grounds is agreed upon in advance.  The maximum number or less is permitted. Some exceptions are made for infants and small children on case by case basis.   We are not a day use facility.  The amenities on the grounds are for the comfort of our guests renting cabins.

Non-Smoking:  All cabins and cottages are non-smoking inside. Fine for non-compliance is $125.

Damages:  Guests will be responsible for lost or damaged items at Cherokee Village Resort during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money,  jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Confirmation: For your safety, we do not ask for credit card numbers over the internet. After submitting this form, please call us at 254-694-2564 so that we can confirm your reservation, and obtain your credit card information at that time.
